Submitting Your Application & Payment

After completing your application, please fax (1-262-763-7037) or mail it to the ACTE office. Payment may be submitted via credit card, invoice (please select invoice if you need to pay via wire transfer) or check:

Invoice:	One will be electronically sent to your email address

Please note that your membership will not be activated until payment has been received. You will receive an email confirmation once your membership has been activated.
