Manager, Global Corporate Credit Card Services

Position Reports to:  Sr. Manager of International Travel & Corp. Credit Card Svcs.

 

Manages the IPG Corporate Card Program for all IPG companies, focusing on the coordination of all aspects of card issuance, including, but not limited to:

      
  • Day to day interaction with the IPG Travel Team, in particular the Sr. Manager of International Travel Operations & Corp. Credit Card Services.
  •   Resource for the Travel Team for “form of payment”   related questions/issues.
  •   Coordinate “form of payment”   implementations/transitions with the Travel Directors. 
  •   Assist in process for IPG Corporate airfare payment   reconciliation process and questions.
    •   Implementation activities
    •   Issuance of applications
    •   Cardholder file maintenance
    •   Applications, acknowledgments, correspondence
    •   Ongoing communications to all program administrators   and senior management if called for
    •   Have all pertinent corporate card information posted   to the intranet.
    •   Email communication sent to program administrators and senior management when personal usage is suspected and/or delinquency   occurs.
    •   Run query on relational database to provide delinquency information at 45, 60, 90, 120 and 150 days in order to avoid   write-offs.
    •   Manage the ongoing development and support /enhancements to the ACCM (Automated Corporate Card Management).
    •   Monitor company card guarantees and limits –  communicate all pertinent information to CFO’s and program administrators.
    •   Monitor premium card issuance – communicate all pertinent information to CFO’s and program administrators.
      
  • Supervise all aspects of card issuance at IPG and all of it’s companies by working directly with the card vendor, corporate agency and company representatives to assign and monitor the implementation timeline and task list, including:
      
  • Communicate all program information to IPG and all of its companies.
  •   
  • Assist with managing necessary updates to the corporate card policy and program and manage communication of changes on the travel portal.
      
  • Program compliance monitoring of all corporate accounts for personal usage, delinquency and inactive cards.
      
  • Consolidate data from all corporate card vendors for future vendor negotiation.
      
  • Maintenance of the relational database provided by card vendor for administering the corporate card program.  Download account information, perform account maintenance, process reports, and perform audit checks against Corporate Card Policy.  Prepare Executive Updates to report on compliance, cost savings, etc.
  •   
  • Day to day interaction with the Concur travel expense report team and help desk.
  •  Assist in coordinating the corporate card program and   the Concur process, this includes; setting up the appropriate card program at   all companies participating in Concur; coordinate communication between the   corporate card vendor and the technical IPG employees to set up data feeds; updating and correcting PeopleSoft ID and accounting information on the employees corporate card; assisting the Concur help desk with various Concur-Corporate   Card-related issue.
      
  • Implement and consolidate card programs into IPG program as well as closing out old card programs.

 

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 5+years related experience at the management level
  • Experience with full cycle corporate credit card program, global organization preferred
  • Experience with online expense reporting (Concur a plus)
  • Relational database and reporting experience
  • Strong vendor management and relationship management skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products – Excel in particular
