Business travellers expect their corporate travel booking platforms and tools to offer a user experience similar to the consumer-facing apps they use in their daily lives. The challenge and the opportunity for providers is meeting these expectations while facilitating complex requirements such as configuring bespoke rules and displays to reflect policy. This session will provide actionable insights based on recent ACTE research conducted in collaboration with American Express Global Business Travel, looking and the benefits and barriers to implementing more integrated travel programmes.
