Insights into the Government of Canada Next Generation Travel Programme
The NextGen Travel Programme goal is to re-imagine a system that is all encompassing; accessible, innovative, easy to use and intuitive. Through our cross-Canada tour, we visited 8 key cities and met with 750+ public servants to gain their perspectives and insights on the creation of Government-wide solutions. In this session you will gain insights into how the Government has shifted its focus on putting users first. The audience will leave with new ideas on how you can incorporate change within your organisation and truly listen to your travellers. Service providers will have a glimpse at what the GoC is looking for in their travel programme and how user design is a key initiative.
