13:30 - 14:45 - Walking the Tight Rope of a Well-Managed Travel Programme
How do travel managers achieve complete balance from a travel programme? As a travel manager it can feel like you are balancing on a walking tightrope between company travel policies and requirement, whilst maintaining duty of care for travellers, and not to mention navigating the minefield of successful travel supplier sourcing. Bertrand Saillet will be presenting a key note on balancing the numerous needs for managing a successful travel programme, from meeting organisational goals to taking care of the end to end traveller experience, and from policies compliance to reconciliation.  He shall discuss the idea that there are just 3 key personas to take into consideration within your organisation: the traveller, the travel booker and the travel manager - and how you can break down each persona’s needs in order to meet expectations effectively.

 Speaker & Moderator:
Bertrand Saillet, Managing Director, FCM Travel Solutions Asia

 Panellists:
Serene Chua, Regional Travel Manager JAPAC, AbbVie Inc
